Bonus points to you if you're already a green tea sipper. It's great for your skin, loaded with disease-fighting antioxidants, and, as you know, it may also help you lose weight. But, researchers at Rutgers University believe that drinking tea with a meal that also contains black pepper may boost the absorption of the green tea's fat-fighting antioxidants called EGCG by as much as 130 percent--and that's a big deal.
