You'll Work Harder, Burn More Calories If You Drink This Before Exercise

The beverage of champions? Coffee, apparently! The New York Times reported on the latest research linking caffeine with impressive, increased exercise stamina (so much so, that the research subjects were more apt to want to work out longer and more frequently after they'd had a sugar-free, caffeinated beverage).

Olympic athletes have known about the caffeine-stamina trick for some time, of course. The Times points out that in urine tests, the majority of professional athletes have caffeine in their bodies. Hey, it's legal and it works.
