The Reunion movie is Star Cinema’s next generation of Barkada movies
which features young actors such as Enchong Dee, Enrique Gil, Xian Lim
and Kean Cipriano. The film is directed by Frasco Mortiz who happens to
be the son of Direk Bobot Mortiz and nephew of ABS CBN Executive Charo
Santos. Gee, I guess it must be nice to have a family in showbiz to get a
head start. The film is about four guys who obviously aren’t too happy with their
current careers in life. They deal with it by reminiscing how cool
their lives during their high school days. Eventually, they concluded
that their misery started with the breakup of their friend’s
relationship. By plotting to get them back together, they hope that
their lives will improve if that happens.
