Who steals an entire presidential statue?

A newly installed statue of Ronald Reagan in California’s Bonita Canyon Sports Park was found toppled over after thieves reportedly tried to steal it:

WORK like you don't need the money, PARTY like a rockstar, DANCE like no one is watching, SING like nobody is listening, LOVE like you've never been hurt, LIVE life every day as if it were your last and of course F#@! like a pornstar.. ooh YEAH!
