The 10 Things I’ll Miss Most About Twilight
Dear Twilight fans,
Well, this is it, guys. Twilight as we know it is ending. All the anticipation, the excitement, the
endless conversation and speculation and frantic, passionate LOVE…where
does it go now that Twilight is over?! I don’t know the answer to this yet, so I’m detailing the 10 Things I Will Miss Most About Twilight in this post as I try to process all these goddamn feels. And oh, how many feels there are!
Twilight is nothing if not a love story — not just between
Bella and Edward but between the fans and the franchise. I am a fan.
This is my love letter.
Because some things just aren’t forever.
10. The Red-Carpet Fashion
What will they wear, what will they wear, what will they wear? The cast of Twilight has grown bold in their fashion choices over the years, from Taylor‘s slick suits to Rob‘s ever-changing color palette to Kristen‘s
gutsy mini-dresses. I’ve loved guessing what the stars might show up in
and then being pleasantly surprised every time — especially when we get
the trifecta grouped together in one haute couture-licious shot.
9. Comic-Con
The cast first hit up Comic-Con in 2008 as little babies, before the
movie came out and their lives exploded.
8. The Music
Wanna have a good cry? Alex Patsavas
has put together a masterful music collection over the years, and each
soundtrack captures the distinct mood of the respective film. Also, they
introduced the world to a really talented unknown musician: Robert Pattinson.
7. Promo
There’s nothing quite like the excitement of knowing we’re gonna get to see the stars of Twilight do loads of interviews (some amazing, some ridiculous… and some both) for weeks on end.
6. Taylor Lautner, Classy Dude
In the books, Jacob never really has a shot with Bella, but he sticks around anyway, determined. In real life, Taylor Lautner‘s been a gracious and classy third wheel to Pattinson and Stewart, who have undoubtedly received the bulk of Twilight
attention. Through it all, Taylor’s been amiable, sweet and a total
professional. He’s loyal to his friends Rob and Kristen and never has a
bad thing to say about anyone. Plus he’s HAWT, and sometimes we all
forget that. He put up with that awful Jacob wig and almost didn’t get
brought back for New Moon. He’s since graciously credited Kristen for championing him and his return. This guy, amirite? Love him.
5. The Directors
Cathy Hardwicke’s vision. Chris Weitz‘s devotion to the books, the cast and bright orange pants. David Slade‘s dark, diabolic take on the Saga. And Bill Condon,
the romantic, rounding it out with constant, adoring quotes about his
cast. Where would we be without these guys…?
4. The Story
About three things I was absolutely positive. First, Twilight was
a book. Second, there was a part of it, and I didn’t know how dominate
that part might be, that was pretty cheesy. And third, I was
unconditionally and irrevocably in love with it.
3. “Commentree”
The DVD commentary (or “commentree,” as the fans say) on every one of the film’s DVDs is enjoyable (and full of Rob-isms), but never so much as on Eclipse,
in which Rob and Kristen revealed the inner workings of their
relationship by spending most of the commentary making each other laugh
(while talking about “woofs” and BooBoo bee-bopping around). It’s straight up magical, and Breaking Dawn -Part 2 is our last chance for the duo to re-team up for more commentary ridiculousness.
2. Rob, Kristen and the Bubble
1. Bella’s Cactus
JUST KIDDDING!!!
(Did I fool you?!)
The real # 1 is….
1. The Fandom
If you’re reading this and you’re a member of the Twilight fandom, allow me to say thanks. For welcoming me into your world (nay, OUR world) and educating me on all things Twilight,
and then some. You are what makes Twilight such a special, one of a kind experience. I’m going to miss you the most of all.
Until next time, spidermonkeys.
Love,
Squammy Cullen

The Latest Breaking Dawn, Part 2 Sneak Peek
Many a Twi-Hard heart was aflutter during MTV Video Music Awards, counting the seconds to the promised Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 sneak peek. Naturally it was held until well into the show, and now we’re left wondering…was it worth the wait? Maybe we’re hitting the early stages of Twilight burnout (say it ain’t so!) or maybe it really was the same material we’ve seen mixed up a bit.
1. There will be blood, yes, and also sponsorship.
2. Jane has perfected her cat eye makeup.
3. Bella’s got mad cougar-catchin’ skillz.
4. Bella is totally willing to leap off a cliff.
However…. given real-life couple Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson‘s recent relationship turmoil… this GIF of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries very unfortunately invaded this post. [Sorry, guys.]
5. This is Michael Sheen‘s mad face.
6. A werewolf makes for excellent getaway transport.
7. Bella’s got her fierce “running to battle” face down.
8. Ice, 0. Edward, 1.
9. Every couple should learn this collaborative windmill foot-to-face move.

Nutty Madam Finally Breaks Her Silence On Kristen Stewart's Cheating Ways
I was going to say that Nutty Madam gives me life, but then I realized that YAAASSSS-ing at this video means I officially have no life and am not capable of ever getting one. And this right here needs to play on a loop in the waiting room of every mental hospital's Twihard Ward (#KalmaLangTeh)

It's Renesmee!
The computer lab in the Twihard ward of every mental hospital will be filled for days with crazies Photoshopping their face over Renesmee's face in that cover.
Renesmee sounds like some shit Celine Dion would shout at her husband if he woke up not knowing who she is. "RUHNAY, IZ ME!" Haha :D

Robert Pattinson In Catching Fire? Here's Why If This Casting News Is True, It's the Worst Idea Ever!
Hunger Games fans, what would you say if I told you rumors are swirling that Robert Pattinson may be headed to Panem? Nothing is confirmed just yet but if Francis Lawrence, the director of Catching Fire, has his way--RPattz could be entering the arena as the deeply handsome and charming fan favorite--Finnick Odair.
And here's why I think this is the worst idea ever.
Everyone associates Rob with Twilight. It made his career, Twilight paved the way for the fandemonium surrounding the Hunger Games and I would go as far to say that there are people out there that even think Rob's real name is Edward Cullen. It would be too confusing--like if Emma Watson suddenly switched gears from playing Hermoine in Harry Potter and was the one cast as Katniss.
I think it's okay if a famous actor plays Finnick--but I really think it hurts the movie to cast one that's already a pop culture icon. Love or hate Twilight, Rob has now played Edward in five Twilight movies. To me, Rob showing up in the Hunger Games cheapens it and makes it seem like a Twilight/Hunger Games crossover--you know, the way Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel did back in the day. I would be waiting for Edward to start fighting werewolves and sparkling in the sunlight instead of taking on the Capitol.
But while we're talking about Finnick--who in the world should play him? He's a major and game changing character in Catching Fire. Finding our Finnick is as exciting to me as casting Christian Grey (for the record, I say a big N-O to Rob taking on that role too--especially with Kristen Stewart as Anastasia Steele--for the same reasons I laid out above).
For those who need a quick refresher on Finnick: He's one of the most popular former Hunger Games competitors, famous for wielding a trident to claim his victory. He's basically a living, breathing, slightly arrogant Greek God--with amazing green eyes, a good heart and heart-wrenching love story. So ladies, who do we want for our Finnick? Someone fairly known and waiting for that breakout role--kinda the way Rob was before he was cast as Edward? Names that have floated around include Chris Zylka (Secret Circle and this summer's Spiderman) and Taylor Kitsch who has proven he could handle the arena with movies like John Carter and Battleship.
Or do we want a hot star we're already well acquainted with like Channing Tatum or maybe Jake Gyllenhaal?
My head is spinning thinking about casting Finnick but I maintain my anti-Rob stance. So, I leave it to you my friends . . . make your suggestions, offer your opinions and don't be afraid to hold back on who you want as your Finnick!

6 Things That Happened at the Twilight Wedding That Would Never Happen in Real Life (Besides Vampires Showing Up)
Before anything else.. I want to give you the chance to STOP READING (if you haven't seen the movie yet) and check out Breaking Dawn Part I first before reading this post :)
Twihards! Check out these unbelievable stuffs that went down..
The mother of the bride seemed surprised to receive the wedding invitation in the mail.
Yes, Bella lives with and is much closer with her dad. But COME ON. No bride I know would keep her wedding a secret from her own mother until wedding invitations went out. Plus, the wedding invitation text starts with “Together with their families.” If the families are mentioned on the invites, you’d think the mom would be in the loop.
Bella walks gracefully in gigundo heels at her wedding ceremony.
She seems to practice walking in her wedding shoes for the first time the night before the wedding. And even though it’s been said she can barely walk in sneakers, she’s as graceful as a runway model at her wedding ceremony. And speaking of Bella’s shoes…
Her tall, skinny heels didn’t sink into the ground.
Ask anyone who’s been to an outdoor wedding: the thinner your heels, the more likely you are to get stuck in the mud or the grass. But Bella’s spiky kicks are immune to the quicksandiness of the earthy wedding ceremony setting.
Bella’s wedding gown dragged on the grassy, muddy ground and didn't get dirty.
She walked slowly through a clearing in the woods, train sliding along the earth, and her wedding gown remained as pristine as the day it was sewn.
The bride left the wedding reception to, basically, talk to an ex-boyfriend.
Oh, that Edward. He’s so understanding of Bella’s special relationship with Jacob that he has little problem with returning to his wedding reception alone to give his bride some privacy with a former flame. Yeah, like any groom would be cool with that on his wedding day.
Public frenemy number-one gives a wedding toast.
It’s no secret that Jessica Stanley and Bella are not the best friends they sort of were in the beginning of the series. It’s not surprising that she’s invited to the wedding, but it makes zero sense that she’d give a speech, let alone one in which she admits to having a crush on the groom and not understanding why he went for the bride instead of her.
Boo! I still love Twilight baby :P

The Muppets Take Twilight-hattan
The viral marketing for the new Muppets movie has been relentless and exhausting, but their latest stunt may be their best yet – no age group can truly say no to Muppet Twilight Posters:
And an awesomely painful pun to boot! Very nicely done, Muppets. I’m on board.
I give these a thumbs up, despite Rowlf’s distressing lack of abs :P

Oh, Look! The Stars Remembered to Bring Their Best "Duckface" To the "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn" Premiere
You know, duckface, right? It's that funny push-your-lips-out move that was all the rage on the red carpet there for awhile. And, boy, did it return. It even showed up on Robert Pattinson;)
And repeat offender Ashley Tisdale whipped it out as well:
And another star of the movie, actress MyAnna Buring, decided to show it off as well:
What this tells us? Duckface can strike at any place, at any time. Don't let it happen to you.

Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Trailer 2
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 hits theaters on November 18th, 2011. In the highly anticipated next chapter of the blockbuster The Twilight Saga, the newfound married bliss of Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) is cut short when a series of betrayals and misfortunes threatens to destroy their world.
After their wedding, Bella and Edward travel to Rio de Janeiro for their honeymoon, where they finally give in to their passions. Bella soon discovers she is pregnant, and during a nearly fatal childbirth, Edward finally fulfills her wish to become immortal. But the arrival of their remarkable daughter, Renesmee, sets in motion a perilous chain of events that pits the Cullens and their allies against the Volturi, the fearsome council of vampire leaders, setting the stage for an all-out battle.
The suspenseful and deeply romantic Breaking Dawn continues the epic tale of supernatural fantasy and passionate love that has made The Twilight Saga a worldwide phenomenon. I love it!! How can this film be more exciting? :)
