how squammy is lady gaga for real?
well, we all know her as the crazy one by all means. her fashion is out of this world, her live shows and music videos are bordering art and disturbing, and when she does those interviews...wow! freakin' weird!
but all this craziness just seems to bring her up the scale of greatness by simply being bold, brave and genius.
at the recent Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Awards, Gaga was named Fashion Icon of the year. what with all the many gay guys and little girls over the world "Mystique-ing" her style, she definitely deserves the title. but nothing is ever normal for gaga as this little award of hers didn't go without an interesting back story behind it. in an interview at the awards show itself, gaga tells this:
"I can't believe I'm allowed in here. As an anecdote I thought I might tell this story, I wasn't sure. But when I was told I won this award, Anna Wintour sent me a text message. She text messages. So she sent me a text message, and it said, 'We're so excited to tell you you won the CFDA fashion icon award. And I actually thought it was Anna Treblin, who was one of my very close friends and [my stylist] Nicola's assistant, who I go out and have drinks with all the time. So I have a couple Annas in my phone, so my reply was, 'Yes, bitch, we did it.' So quite quickly I got a reply that said, 'How lovely, and we will all be waiting to see what you will wear.' And then I thought, 'Well won't you be helping me choose what I will wear?' And then I said, 'Oh! it's Anna Wintour.'"

kudos for putting in the face of the legendary Vogue USA editrix. that was pretty funny, damn right. but girl, you got it all wrong! anna ain't a bitch, she's the freakin' DEVIL, remember?
